The User understands that Immunoway may need to perform regular or irregular maintenance and inspections on the platform and related equipment, which may result in temporary interruptions of service. Immunoway will try to notify the User in advance, but it is not required to bear any responsibility for such interruptions.

If the User provides false information or violates laws, regulations, national policies, or the provisions of this Agreement, Immunoway has the right to immediately interrupt or terminate the provision of services to that User without bearing any responsibility to the User or third parties.

3. Usage Rules

When applying for registration, the User must provide accurate information (such as name, region, research institution, research group, etc.). If the information changes, it should be updated promptly. Any losses caused by providing false information are the responsibility of the User.

After successful registration, the User is legally responsible for all activities under their account. When using the Mall, the following principles must be adhered to:

Comply with relevant laws and regulations;

Do not use the service for illegal purposes;

Comply with all agreements, regulations, and procedures related to network services;

Do not use the service to engage in behavior that may harm the normal operation of the Internet;

Do not use the service to conduct actions detrimental to Immunoway.

The User promises not to use another person's account or password. If there is suspicion that one's own account has been used by someone else, the User should immediately notify Immunoway.

In case of violation of any term of this Agreement, Immunoway has the right to terminate the service to that User based on this Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, audio, and video materials contained in the Mall provided by Immunoway are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other property rights laws. Without the consent of the rights holder and Immunoway, they may not be displayed on third-party platforms or used for commercial purposes in any form; users also may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the above content without authorization.

5. Disclaimer

Users must comply with national laws, regulations, and policy provisions when using the Mall, and are fully responsible for the legality of the information and content they upload, send, or disseminate, which is unrelated to Immunoway.

If the content displayed on the Mall pages is suspected of infringing on third-party intellectual property rights, the rights holder and relevant interested parties should notify Immunoway. If the User does not agree with the modified content, they can choose to stop using the Mall. Continued use will be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.

Even if a particular term of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms remain binding.

In the event of disputes regarding the content or execution of this Agreement, the parties should first attempt to resolve the dispute through friendly negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute may be brought to the court with jurisdiction in the location of Immunoway.
